Purpose & general responsibilities ofthe position:

Accountable for Revenue and volume performance and deliver targets ofhis/her own customers/business hunting.

Improveself effectiveness and efficiency, manage sales pipeline and segmentation,monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action where necessary

Obtain and manage a growing & diverse client base with dynamic salesmanagement tool

Responsible for local External Sales activities and tasks related to theteam

Customer satisfaction & loyalty improvement

Track & analyze market development

Other ad-Hoc projectrelated with sales if any

Specific responsibilities ofthe position:

Sales process

Drive both CIF volume to optimize profit and vessel utilization, tomaximize CY/FFE and achieve yearly revenue target,

Aggressively explore local market for new business and enlarge accountbase, improve productivity to agreed level;

Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricingcontract negotiations;

Ensure full penetration into and mapping of customer organization

Increase customer satisfaction

Customer Relationships

Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well aspotential new customers;

Establish strong, multi-level,win/win relationships with new customers;

Timely drive product promotion and grasp business opportunities throughclose customer communications;

Timely respond to all related business inquiries internally orexternally, and timely follow up on service failure queries;

Effectively handover to Customer Service,Operations, Finance, etc. for terms and conditions agreed with customers

Post sales support

Actively engage Customer Service into thecustomer relationship to ensure customers know relevant contact points in caseof service failures

Provide market intelligence and support Trade and Marketing team ontimely adjustment base on market response

Learningopportunities in the position:

Understand market and customer drivers, as well as in-depth market andproduct knowledge;

Bestpractice sales process management, e.g. account planning, contractnegotiations, etc;
