职 位　描 述： Job Scope: 1.Project Coordination & Control Ensure project is executed according to client’s deadline, and project specifications 2.Resources Control Screen/ interview qualified researches 3.Communications Report to client and supervisor on project progress Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree; major in English / Social Science/ Statistics is preferred 2.Good English ability, CET 6 and above 3.Good time arrangement 4.Good communication skill 5.Eager to learn new things 6.Team player 7.Willing to work under pressure Values of the Internship: To increase your work efficiency, and be adaptable to changes/ project crisis management To improve your interpersonal skills To gain in dept understanding on international retail brands – on their marketing strategies and implementation Time Commitment: 1.All of our clients are international brands in retail business, thus translating a higher demand on team’s quality and commitment. Please indicate job reference code: ZP2011/09/APM 工作内容： 1.调研项目统筹以及控制 确保项目在客户指定的规范和时间要求下完成 2.资源管理 筛选以及面试全国各地的调研员；找到合适的调研员来帮助客户收集样本 3.项目沟通 定时向上司以及客户汇报项目进展 职位要求： 1.本科以上； 有经验申请者优先考虑 2.应届毕业生，一周实习天数不少于4天 3.良好的英语沟通能力； CET 6 以上 4.有效的时间管理 5.有良好的团队精神，懂得与人交流和沟通 6.有学习新东西、 接触新事物和新知识的能力 7.能够承受压力，且能够以正面的态度面对挫折 公司对实习生的承诺： 1.锻炼高效的工作能力 2.提升沟通能力 3.接触各大国际品牌，了解其品牌价值及战略 4.如果在实习期间实习生表现优越，公司会在实习生毕业前签好三方协议，提供一份长期的工作机会。
