销售会计 1 山东诸城 1．财务、会计、金融等相关专业 2．大学英语六级，良好的英语沟通能力 1、收集、登记、更新客户资料； 2、根据客户资料、销售订单及合同，审核产品出库单并加盖发货章，特别要审核赊销客户的授信额度和帐期，监督公司销售制度的执行； 3、 按财务制度规定产品销售收入确认的条件及时正确地开具销售发票； 4、负责发票的妥善保管、缴购工作； 5、每月核算出第三方物流的物流费； 6、每月对客户进行帐龄分析并及时提供给销售人员用于催收货款； 7、每周核算返利数量及金额；每季与客服部核对返利，有差异的要查明原因直致双方一致为止； 8、负责外埠成品仓库管理，核对仓库报表数据，按库别 、产品品种及时登记更新记录，掌握每个仓库库存情况； 9、复印、装订、归档销售资料，销售行为结束，将合同、送货单、收款记录、模拟发票复印件一同装订归档； 10、完成领导安排的盘库任务。 1、8小时工作制； 2、双休； 3、带薪年休假； 4、激励性的薪资架构和年度调薪 5、入职缴纳五险一金； 6、每月5号发放工资 1．参与国际会议 2．参加海外培训
