We are looking for a temporary admin assistant to join our team of friendly and talented professionals from all around the world. Start day will be 7th April for 4 months. Working day: Mon Fri。
It is a full-time job for graduate students but temporary position.

Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:

Provide personal and telephone reception in a pleasant and consistent manner

Timely and competent handling of incoming calls and message taking

Open and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mail for posting

Maintain stationery and art materials for studio

Book couriers

Co-ordinate hospitality for all visitors to the studio and maintain the kitchen in a clean and tidy manner

Maintain and file all job related documentation i.e. job bags

Set up projector for internal and client meetings

Assist in co-ordinating studio functions

Provide administrative assistance to the directors and other staff members where and when required

Create, manage and reconcile Purchase Orders with invoices

Ensure that all staff have completed their timesheets in preparation for pay day

General management of other studio tasks i.e. archiving, library catalogue, daily banking, monthly mail outs etc

Offer support to all employees where required
