招聘职位:

Marketing management trainee

Job Requirements:

1. Business Support to BU Head

-Provide administrative support to Director in terms of office management and external communications

-Provide logistic support for both internal and external meetings for the Director upon request

-Manage the calendar for the Director and take a role as reminder

-Provide assistance to any projects that require the involvement of the Director

-Provide general support to the Director to ensure department efficiency

-Settle the Director related logistic and administrative arrangement

-Keep an order filing for Director so that all key documentations are well kept and easily identified

-Planning and scheduling all travel logistics for the Director

2. Departmental Supporting

-Coordinate with project managers for Report Development, Project Management, support for Event projects as follows

-Research for Financial seminars in Beijing and Shanghai from now till 2013

-Prepare the Eng & Cn Sponsorship materials for Annual Forum

-Do supporting research on the Event Team to check for competitor’s plans, market needs and demands and feasibility of business idea

-Conferences & Events Ad preparation for the E-Magazine

-Get contact numbers for potential sponsor list

-Arrange internal and external meeting logistics & meeting planning

-Be familiar with and effectively implement company operation policies and procedures

-To provide internal support to different functions to ensure smooth operation within the division and cross function

-To provide update divisional contacts and relevant information

Responsibilities:

1. MBA and/or university, equivalent degree in Marketing or a related subject is preferred

2. Functional Ability

-Excellent planning and organizing skill

-Strong self-learning and problem solving ability

-A good team coordinator

-Strong sense of responsibilities

-Good interpersonal skills

-Open minded

3. Excellent computer skills, especially significant experience using PowerPoint

4. Good Chinese and English communication skills, both in oral and written

5. At least 4 days working per week.

Sales management trainee

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for developing potential business chance and selling Group solutions in China.

2. Sales engagement will be at senior executive level-typically CFO, Finance VP and Director level as well as conducting due diligence with middle management in Finance roles.

3. Follow up potential customers; coordinate internal and external resources, dominant business negotiation process.

4. Work closely with other team like Customer Services, Technology, Marketing, and Implementation to maximize HBS value proposition to clients.

5. To collect potential clients information through various pipelines, such as CRM database, SNS website and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Fresh graduates with Bachelor degree, major in Accounting/Finance/Sales & Marketing is a plus.

2. Interested in challenging sales work and determined to become a top sales.

3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-confident.

4. Quick learner & team worker, autonomous working and reliable.

5. Good communication, interpersonal skills, good ability of understanding and executive.

6. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure.

7. Excellent communication both in Mandarin and English.

8. Have sales intern experience in the university is preferred.

9. At least 4 days working per week.

Technical management trainee

职位描述:

1、与项目经理和客户配合完成项目实施工作;

2、掌握公司产品/解决方案,收集和评估客户的需求;

3、遵循标准的项目管理政策和流程管理日常业务、项目;

4、完成项目分析,计划,报告,开发,实施开展,客户培训,项目验收。

5、结合客户的意见,提供合理化产品改进意见。

1. Perform project implementation task with project manager

2. Grasp products/solutions of the company, collect and evaluate customer needs
