Job Title: Accountant

Report to: Accountant Supervisor

Location: Room 4608, No. 1601 West Nanjing Road, Jing an District (Line 2&7)

Job Type: Part time

Pay: 150 200 RMB/day

Work Time: 2 3 days /week due to project progress

MAIN PURPOSE AND BUSINESS CONTEXT:

Reports to the accounting supervisor and maintains daily booking, including voucher verification, journal entry, filing, payment preparation and processing, accounts payable/cash & bank balance monitoring, and employee receivable monitoring.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

Ensure all payments accurate and timely

{C}

Monitor cash flow and cash/bank balance check on daily basis

{C}

Provide bank reconciliation report on monthly basis

{C}

Ensure internal control policies are followed, including authorization schedule, spending limit and other guidelines

{C}

Maintain daily booking accurately and timely

{C}

Ensure spending budget status is checked and secured on daily basis

{C}

Provide expense budget tracking / analysis reports

{C}

Intercompany transactions reconciliation

Accounting documentation filed

{C}

Other accounting / financial related affairs per request
