In 2007 the firm launched its first USD-denominated fund dedicated to China, Tishman Speyer China Fund, L.P.. This Fund currently has several projects in China in various stages of development across Shanghai, Chengdu and Tianjin. Those projects comprise approx. 1.7 million square meters of office, residential, and retail space. Tishman Speyer s first RMB-denominated fund closed in early 2012 with RMB 1,155 million of commitments destined for a mixed-use development in Suzhou. In the third quarter of 2013, Tishman Speyer closed its second RMB-denominated fund, which will invest in a high-end mixed-use development project in Shanghai.
1. Purpose:
To establish and define functional and operational responsibilities of the Receptionist. The employee s job performance shall be measured, in part, against the degree of conformance to the responsibilities established by this job description and the effective accomplishment of those responsibilities.
2. Functional Responsibilities:
Assist on all admin works, including: phone call screening, air-tickets booking and purchasing, hotel booking, car booking, cleaner, courier, magazines/newspaper subscription, contacts updating, office property management, equipment maintenance, corporate image things, mailing and documents distribution to relevant personnel
Deal with stationary requests, contact vendors for booking and purchasing, and be responsible for stationary distribution.
Assist office administrator update hotel agreements and keep the office environment nice and tidy.
Assist on filing and documentation, such as expenses, payment, and office maintenance and office facilities
Co-ordinate with various admin suppliers, such as to collect, check and process payment, keep records of all payments.
Other tasks assigned.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications:
College graduate
Good English skills both in written and oral
Open-minded, service-minded, initiative
Good teamwork
Knowledge of Microsoft office software
