Sales Trainee-Sales Department 销售培训生-销售部 Passenger & Light Truck Replacement Business Asia Pacific , China Market 轿车及轻卡轮胎事业部，中国替换市场 Job description This is a 12 months Sales Trainee program which enable you to grow fast in sales function to achieve final sales performance, you will have Sales Basic Knowledge Training, Field Visit, Plant Stay, Headquarter Stay as well as Field Stay. Keep monitoring and driving Continental local network quality and quantity developing as the key mission of the position Sales volume responsibility focus on retailer buy-in Shop quantity development target which defined by responsible area shop development yearly target Maintain Shop quality ( sales target achievement) for different types of Shops through selling skill and business knowledge training for retailers Understand and explain retailer business policy to retailers, work together with channel managerment team for the poor shop improvement program. Support Area Sales Manager set up the local and completely follow and implement the company promotion strategy, responsible for the local Distributor sell out promotion policy implementation to the retailers & supporting the local seminar activity Cooperate and support with other functions to ensure the company policy and activities' local implementation, Coach Distributor Sales team Join with the Continental local New product launch activity, Support Marketing department complete the local survey task & local event, Collect market information Job requirements Bachelor degree preferably in marketing or commercial or engineering background,0-2 year related working experience Have a basic understanding of the business sector and environment,financial knowledge,passionate in Tire industry Good communication and presentation skill Good English reading, writing and speaking Data collection and reporting preparation ability needed
