Position:Kautex Development Program for Engineers (m/f)
Number:5
We are: Leading in development and production of automotive fuel system Over 5,500 employees worldwide Headquarter in Bonn/Germany and worldwide research & development centers Reliable employer
Content of the program: 24 months, 4 rotations 6 months Focus on engineering, quality and manufacturing International plant assignments Ongoing training and career coaching Attractive international career opportunities after the program
Experience: Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical/industrial engineering Fluent English skills, an additional language would be an advantage Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Social Competencies: Team player with strong interpersonal skills Open for challenges - drive for results Willingness and ability to learn on the fly Good computer skills Strong organizational skills Flexibility Geographic mobility
Other: Start Autumn 2014 Location: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Changchun in China, or any rotation assignment in other Kautex locations globally
