Study Origin's competitor products and summarize key differences and capabilities.2. Assist in researching algorithms for new features.3. Assist in developing new data analysis and data processing tools by creating specification documents for user interface and testing.4. Assist in documenting new tools, collecting suitable data for testing and for developing tutorials.5. Work closely with developers, technical support, quality assurance, beta testers and key customers during implementation and testing of new tools.6. Provide continued support to in-house staff and customers on key product features.Qualities Required1. MS in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.2. Knowledge of programming is required, such as Matlab or C.3. Good analytical capability.4. Excellent communication skills including a good command of oral and written English.5. Ability to take ownership and responsibility of projects and work closely with other team members in timely completion of projects.6. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.产品研发工程师职责：1. 深入了解研究Origin的竞争软件，撰写比较分析报告。2. 协助研究数据分析功能的算法。3. 在开发新的数据分析功能过程中，能参与用户界面的设计以及提供测试步骤的文档。4. 为新的数据分析功能编写帮助文档，收集测试数据及用例。5. 贯穿产品的开发测试过程，和开发部门、测试部门以及beta用户合作交流帮助设计提升软件功能。6. 在开发测试及用户使用过程提供相应的技术支持。要求：1. 硕士学历，工科或理科专业，数理相关专业优先。2. 懂得一定编程知识，如Matlab或C语言。3. 具备优秀的研究能力。4. 具备良好的沟通技巧以及良好的英文能力。5. 对所研发的项目有强烈的责任感，在项目开发过程中，能与其他团队成员紧密合作。6. 良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神。
