The Position 职位名称： WTA Sales Support Internship Reporting to: HOD of WTA China His / Her main responsibilities will be as such - Sales order handling and follow up (purchase, delivery, service and invoice requests). - Key contact window (coordinator) in WTA team with support function department. - Keep in touch with customer(logistic issue), supplier and internal colleagues. - Manage the CS documents in hard copy and in soft copy on server. - Handling incoming telephone enquiry and/or customers issues and forward information to responsible sales or service staff. - Assist sales staff in preparation of quotations and contracts. - Coordinate with logistics officers closely with customs declaration affairs. - Manage chemicals inventory Candidate profile Education: Bachelor degree in engineering discipline (chemicalor environmental engineering is a plus) with good water treatment chemical knowledge He/she should also demonstrate the following pre-requisites: good manner with effective communication skills and positive attitude word processor capability proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/ Powerpoint initiative & willingness to learn good written and spoken English is required independent and good team player knowledge of water will be advantageous Based in: Shanghai Gender: Female Time: >3days/ week. 自农历新年后开始上班，约5-6个月。每周上班时间不少于3整天，实习补贴每日80元（本科生）。主要负责对销售团队的内部支持，属于内勤。希望是化工或资环相关专业，做事认真细致的女生（如对水处理有所了解更佳）。
