成都柏升企业管理咨询有限公司 助理猎头顾问/猎头顾问Assistant Consultant /Consultant 工作职责： Job Duties: 1、全面负责猎头项目的具体推进和执行； Be responsible for the development and implement of the headhunting project;2、开发及拓展客户，正确理解客户需求； Develop the new clients, and understand the needs of clients accurately;3、进行职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案和选择寻访渠道； Analyze the job descriptions, work out practical search schemes and choose practical search channels; 4、通过面试筛选优秀的候选人，向客户提供推荐意见； Interview and identify appropriate candidates, and recommend the candidates to clients; 5、协调候选人与客户公司之间的面试安排，并跟进反馈； Coordinate the interview arrangements , and follow up the whole process effectively;6、与候选人进行Offer谈判。 Negotiate with candidates about Offers.职位要求： Job Requests：1、统招全日制本科及以上学历； The Bachelor degree and above；2、CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力； CET4 and above, good English reading and writing ability；3、良好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思考能力； Good communicative skills and logical thinking ability；4、勤奋踏实、认真负责、积极主动，抗压性强，具有团队合作精神； Diligent, conscientious and proactive; can work under pressure and have good teamwork spirit; 薪资：底薪 提成福利：法定假期 带薪年假 带薪病假 五险一金 年度调薪 生日福利 内部晋升机会 培训 团建活动 下午茶等 (投递简历前请先认真了解猎头行业) 请将简历投递至：info@ （邮件主题格式：姓名-应聘职位-应届生求职网） 公司地址：成都市青羊区顺城大街269号富力中心603室。
