2014 FSSC Campus Recruitment

To meet the increasing demands and rising expectations from the stakeholders, a second centre for FSSC was set-up in the bustling city of Tianjin, which was aptly chosen as the ideal location based upon pre-defined key parameters including Resource pool, Scalability, Stability, Cost of Operations, Speed to set-up, Space, Governmental support and Risk factors.

The second centre of FSSC became fully operational in Tianjin on July 2nd 2012. The current staff strength is 140 and in the next 9-12 months, the aim is to gradually increase it to 200-250 staff. The centre initially supports 13 countries and provides the group with services of Accounting Operations, Business Finance Reporting, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting and Finance Systems Management. Over time TJ will be built to handle an array of Finance processes providing scalability for Standard Chartered Bank growth and FSSC Chennai with a strong BCP capability.

? Timely submission of financial reporting packs that comply with Group reporting instructions and meet data standards and integrity

? 100% compliance on general ledger controls and reconciliations and operational risk management procedures
