SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
The R&D intern is primarily responsible for supporting the R&D engineers with various product development activities as instructed by their supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)/主要职责/任务 (以时间的百分比表示)
Work with Quality, Procurement, Suppliers and Manufacturing, etc. /与质量、采购、供应商、制造等合作
1. 10% - Manufacturing Operation

ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
Perform general project administrative duties including engineering changes, document approvals, preparing design documents.
Coordinate special events and programs for R&D.
Participate in cross functional development projects.
Generate data and contribute required information for the Design History Files (DHF).
Focus on 3D modeling (CAD) and drafting and the associate training and skill development to perform these tasks.
Conceptualize and design new products under supervision by a R&D engineer.
Know and follow company policies/procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.
Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned. All employees are responsible for minimizing both the environmental and health and safety effects of the work that they perform.
