目的: 协助总经理助理和其他部门人员处理各部门的行政事务;确保每位来电或拜访凯毅德的客户对凯毅德留下美好的印象。
基本工作职责:
l 负责电话总机,接听、转接各种电话;
l 接待来访客人并引导至相关人员;
l 对接收到的邮件、文件、包裹和报纸等进行分类;
l 负责会议、机票和酒店的预订;
l 负责公司会议室的管理,使其实得到充分的利用并妥善维护;
l 负责公司班车和其他车辆的管理;
l 负责工作餐的管理;
l 公司纯净水的预订;
l 直接主管分配的其他任务。
任职要求:该岗位的任职人员必须令人满意地完成每一项关键的职责,以达到该工作的成功。以下所列的要求只是包含但并不限于该岗位所有应掌握的知识和技能。基于某些特别的工作岗位,合理的住宿安排亦有可能被要求以期达成该项工作的必要职能。
教育背景/工作经验/关键能力:
l 大专以上学历
l 熟练操作各类办公软件如Word/PPT/Excel
l 能独立工作,同时也能作为行政支持团队的重要成员工作;
l 良好的沟通技巧;
l 熟悉接待礼仪;
l 了解 ISO14001;
l 有行政经验优先。
工作环境:
前台,偶尔需要去车间
工作体能要求:
坐或站立,经常走动,经常操作电脑,偶尔需要出差。

Purpose: Assists the assistant to GM and other department members with departmental administrative duties. To make sure all caller and customers who come to Kiekert China have a good impression with Kiekert.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
l Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages in a professional.
l Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
l Help our employees and our visitors for leaving or entering the country.
l Sort and distribute incoming mails, documents, parcels and newspapers.
l Make appointment, conference reservation, airline and hotel bookings when required.
l Manage the company conference room in a proper utilization and maintenance.
l Arrange the shuttle bus and cars coordinately.
l Order work lunch timely and coordinately on weekdays.
l Ensure the timely supplement of pure water.
l Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education/Experience
l Some college preferred – minimum college graduate.
l Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office includes Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
l Capable of working independently and also as a vital member of an administrative support team. Good communication skills, and make arrangements coordinately.
l Be familiar with the etiquette in reception.
l Knowledge on ISO14001
l Experiences on administrative is preferred.

Physical Demands
Normal amount of sitting or standing, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
