职位描述: IKEA Distribution Services Asia Pacific has an intern opening in Transport team in Songjiang (but will back to Xuhui in December 2013). We have shuttle bus on working days. ASSIGNMENTS: Daily Tasks To book, reschedule, monitor & cancel shipments To update extra costs in shipments Optimal Solutions To select optimal transport solutions Communication & Working with others To work in close cooperation with others in the Supply Chain (carriers/ BD's etc) to solve operational issues & optimise the transport booking process Routines & Working methods To ensure shipments are in accordance with IKEA's routines & working methods To optimise transport booking process & monitor the use of existing transport solutions Service follow-ups To correct wrong data updates in CNS To ensure base data is complete and events & reason codes are updated Requirement: Good written and spoken English Analytical Skills , logical thinking , problem solving With education background in Transport , Logistic, Supply Chain Detail oriented Good learner Good communication skills, build relationship , team spirit Willing to grow with IKEA At least 3 days per weekPlease send your resume to: zhiyi.shen@
