招聘要求

Communication Intern KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责( include EHSS responsibilities) - According to company weibo calendar, prepare weibo content incl. collect input from various departments, draft or retouch weibo tweets, as well as select or edit pictures. - Post weibo article, handle questions according to designed process and prepare statistic report - Support campaign gift production incl. sample collection, internal order collection, contract follow up and gift distribution. - Handle brochure production incl. proofreading and printing management. - Onsite support to customer training, e.g. classroom setup, lunch arrangement, feedback collection and etc. - Responsible for corporate literature distribution incl. the update of distribution list - Assist other communication projects as per department needs REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies) - Integrity, initiative, quick learning and able to communicate - Preferred education in communication, journalism or language - Fluent oral and written English - Sensitive for current social topics, familiar with weibo functions - Skillful user of MS office, outlook, photoshop and database experience preferred - Able to work at least three days per week, full time preferred
