Job Description
l IBM General & Service Japan Operation Buyer:
l Major responsibility are listed below but not limited
1. Interact with Japan sourcing team to support purchase order operations
2. Interact and communicate suppliers by understanding and following the strategy and instructions defined by sourcing team
3. Set up sound relationship with both Japan internal clients and sourcing team
4. Serve the clients via high quality operations and help clients succeed
5. Coordinate with other buyers in ops team to achieve the overall operations target.
Required Skills
1) Good command in both spoken and written Japanese
2) Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is a Must
3) Strong communication capabilities with strong ownership & accountability
4) Must be a quick learner, good team player and an effective problem-solver, self-motivated; able to work independently,
5) Willing to work overtime during China holiday
6) Willing to work at early shift from 8am
