Great Position - EF360 Management Trainee Program

EF360 Global Management Trainee program is a highly selective one year trainee program where you will get a unique chance to show your 360 abilities. You will work closely with a Product President of one of EF's business units. You could be asked to produce a flash mob for a viral marketing campaign, analyze sales data, or be a production assistant on a video shoot. No assignment is too big or too small. You'll be based in Shanghai, but you need to be prepared to travel both domestically and internationally. We guarantee you will be challenged, have real responsibility, work on interesting projects, meet multi-cultural individuals and have fun while working in our global offices. You need to possess strong analytical and communication skills that will help you collaborate with teams and lead a project.

The job will be highly demanding, but very rewarding. If you are deterred by jetlag, going above and beyond, or working long hours, this program is not for you. By the end of the 360 program, you'll be well along your way in an exciting career at EF. You'll be equipped with deep, hands-on knowledge of the industry as well as the expansive network of contacts and mentors you'll have made all over the company, and the world, during your year as a 360.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be a successful 360 candidate:

1. Be prepared

It's important to be prepared and read about EF and the EF360 program you're applying for. Check out EF's career site (ww***com[点击查看]) to learn more about EF as a company, our staff and your potential future colleagues.

2. Make sure you qualify

Go through the application process and make sure to check the qualifications for the program. In your cover letter - pinpoint why you would be a good fit for EF360. Also, start thinking about your business case (you can find it on the homepage of EF360 site ww***com[点击查看]).

Candidates should have impressive academic credentials, flexible personalities and street smarts. Ideal candidates should aspire to one day be a CEO.

Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.

3. Submit your application

Interested candidates should send: cover letter, resume and "out of the box" business plan (500 words maximum) via email to ef360.china@ef.com. Application deadline is 6 November 2013. We will screen all applications on a continuing basis and we will contact you if you've been selected.

4. Interview process

The next step will be a first round of interviews, either via phone or skype. This first interview will be short and mostly focused on you and your experiences. For best result - be prepared, have questions ready and relax, show us who you really are.

If your interview is successful you will be invited to face-to-face interviews at our Shanghai office.

Successful candidates will be selected for final interviews.
