Job Summary We are seeking bright, motivated, and dynamic individuals to contribute to the design, development, and production of proton radiotherapy systems. Additional responsibilities include design and execution of system validation procedures and client hospital assistance and training. Extensive experience with acceptance testing, commissioning, and regular quality assurance is preferred. The position involves close cooperation with an international, multi-disciplinary team and many overseas partners so excellent communication skills and English-language ability are a must. Qualified candidates can expect to expand their careers and grow with us as we establish one of the first domestic brands of proton therapy systems in China. Key Responsibilities · Contribute to proton therapy subsystem design · Formulateand execute proton therapy system validation plans · Carry out acceptance testing and commissioning · Provide internal proton therapy quality system team training and quality of service supervision · Coordinate with client hospitals to establish clinical operation procedures and quality assurance programs · Train hospital staff for clinical operation and quality assurance · Collaborate with client hospitals for research purposes · Participate in construction planning for hospital based proton therapy centers Minimum job requirements The candidate must have: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Physics or Physics · Full English working proficiency · 2 years clinical experience in radiotherapy including quality assurance and treatment planning · Thorough conceptual understanding of radiation therapy · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Detail oriented organization skills · Familiarity with scientific research methodology
