招聘内容 Job Responsibilities: Develop high quality, cost leading mechanical designs. Deliver engineering design (models, drawings, and other engineering data) in a flexible and reusable model product framework. Develop and improve design standard work with UTC competitive excellence (ACE) tools. Create engineering deliverables as defined in Otis Product Development Process (PDP). Conduct Market Feedback Analysis. Develop new mechanical designs and perform trade-off studies. Perform FEA and other engineering analyses and calculations. Develop and apply modeling, analysis, simulation and computation (MASC) to ensure structural design characteristics are favorable for premium ride quality. Conduct product design quality and development technical reviews. Support qualification tests. Track progress, resource utilization, earned value, and latest estimates for delivery. Provide engineering support to contract engineering for high-rise car frames. Basic Qualifications, Work Experience & Skills Requirements: Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential. CAD skills are required. ProEngineer experience preferred. Excellent ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with remote team members, including in American & European zones, is essential. Experience with structural analysis and FEA is required. Experience in product development, from concept to production, is valued. Knowledge of elevator components, car frame in particular, is valued. Experience in modal analysis, noise and vibration measurement is valued.
