Position: Researcher Intern/Sourcing Specialist Intern(招聘顾问助理) Location: Shanghai Requirements: 2014届毕业生; CET6以上; 每周保证出勤三天或以上; 专业不限; 性格开朗,有志从事人力咨询行业或者猎头行业的同学 简历接收地址:CN_KellyHR@ 请在邮件主题写明 姓名&应聘职位&学校&专业 。 职位介绍: Position Description: The Sourcing Specialist works closely with the Recruiters and is responsible for identifying potential candidates for various openings. They will resume screen applicants and present the most qualified to the Recruiter. Responsibilities: Maintains a clear and accurate understanding of the entire recruiting process Identify/search job boards to target active candidates Interfaces directly with the Recruiter to gain understanding of position requirements Follows processes to achieve KPIs(Key Performance Indicator) Works within the confines of the Internal database to identify potential candidates Fully documents candidate information in applicant tracking system Effectively reviews applicants, moving qualified candidates to the Recruiter for the next hiring process step May interaction potential candidates to identify level of interest and qualifications Posts jobs as needed on Job Portal and alternate sites Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Professional/Technical: Must have the ability to quickly learn and navigate recruitment process. Ability to source new talent by multiple ways Results driven and deadline oriented Able to work in a partnership with Recruiter to maximize candidate flow Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet Must be comfortable with internet research and use of social media tools for recruiting purposes.
