Development and Training Opportunities
Recruited candidates will be provided with a tailor-made training plan accordi
ng to their individual qualification and target position, with possible job ro
tations. Upon satisfactory completion of first 6 months' onboarding in BASF S
hanghai Coatings Co., Ltd., candidates will be sent to attend an overseas trai
ning program for 12 months. This training program offers candidates the chance
to gain experience and prove themselves by working on challenging projects wi
th different operational or corporate units in an international environment. T
he candidates will return to BASF Shanghai Coatings Co., Ltd. upon successful
completion of their overseas training.

Supervising and controlling IP projects in the company with know-how date-base
while providing technical solutions to deal with any problem of IP materials.
