Title: Lab Assistant, CR&D (Contractor)
SBU: Corporate R&D
Reports to: Research Scientist, CR&D
Location: DRDM, Shanghai

Main Purpose:

Focusing on lab work to support project moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct experiments including hand work on sample fabrication, material analysis, testing and other material R&D related experiments under the guidance from research scientist.

Deliver experimental results in a timely and effective way, with high quality.

Communicate effectively with research scientist and team members.

Participate in equipment and lab daily maintenance, work safely.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in chemistry, polymer science/engineering, chemical engineering or related field.

Self-motivated with strong desire to learn and to deliver.

Capability of working with attention to details.

Strong team working skill, and good interpersonal communication skills.

Good problem solving skills.
