POSITION: Software Engineers (Development/Testing)
Product: IMS R&D Organization
LOCATION: Qingdao
Job description:
Responsible for software system engineering, software development and validation testing. Coding program and test standard compliance/evolution, new customer requested, innovated functionality in R&D organization.
Technical support for issues reported from customer sites, replicate the site failures in R&D laboratory environment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against software bug.
General Requirement:
Education background: Bachelor or above
Major: Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or related.
Knowledge Skills:
Good expertise and knowledge using and programming in Linux/Unix;
Good expertise in software development and testing with C/C ;
Good expertise and knowledge in telecom and IMS is a plus;
Good telecommunication protocol knowledge and experience is a plus;
Language ability: Fluent oral and written English;
Other requirements: Highly self-motivated; Good problem-solving skill; Able to work effectively under pressure; Team work spirit; Accountability; Ability of learning; Open mind.

职位职责:
参与相关产品的软件开发及测试，编写和测试代码，保证产品符合协议标准，满足客户新的软件功能需求，以客户为本设计并实现更多的创新功能。
针对客户现场软件问题提供技术支持，包括在研发实验室重现客户软件问题，分析代码问题原因，提供解决方案，并测试更新的代码符合客户要求。
职位基本要求:
教育背景: 本科以上学历,有相关行业工作或实习经验者优先
专业: 计算机科学，通讯工程 或相关专业
专业技能:
具备良好的Linux/Unix操作系统基础知识，有Linux/Unix操作系统使用经验。
能熟练运用C/C /JAVA进行软件开发和调试，并具有一定的软件测试相关知识。
在电信产品开发，下一代通讯网络，IMS等相关领域具有工作经验或知识的优先。
具备丰富电信协议知识，并具有电信相关领域工作经验的优先。
语言能力: 流利的英语口语和熟练的英语书面表达能力
其他要求: 高度的工作主动性;具有良好的解决问题的能力; 高效率的工作和较强的抗压力能力;具有团队合作精神; 强烈的工作责任心;学习能力; 开放和活跃的思维。
