职位描述
Position Title : Global Negotiation Intern
Business : GSC - Global Information System - Centre of Excellence - Global Neogtiation
Location :Zhangjiang Shanghai
Reports To : Eva Zhai
Primary Responsibilities:
1/ Support purchasing information maintenance and data upload in Global Negotiation system as per request.
2/ Support database user rights management for all user levels in Global Negotiation system.
3/ Through Global Negotiation generic email box, support following up with buyers for purchasing information clean up actions; information massive treatment; prepare tracking report as per request
Qualifications Required:
Good knowledge & experience of Microsoft Software ,including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Results oriented and passionate for working achievement. Persistence.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Availability of working time from Monday to Friday, 8 hours. At least 4 days per person
Education Requirement:
undergraduate prefer
Business School or Business Study
