Open Position: Customer Service Intern, IP Asia（客服部门实习生，国际纸业亚洲区非涂布纸事业，有机会留任）

Key Accountabilities:
Receive and process all customer orders, enquires, and complaints as well.
Monitor closely the payment status of the all customers, ensure payment is made within established credit limit and credit period.
Cooperate with forwarders and the transportation company providing quality service with reasonable cost.
Supports sales in providing customers with information and ensure follow up action is completed on time.
Follow up closely with mills for all orders and to ensure orders are made, ship according to agreed schedule and full set of shipping documents are delivered on time.
Recruitments：
Bachelor s degree
International Trade or other relevant majors
Good ability on English speaking and written
Good at MS Office especially Excel skills
Strong responsibility and carefulness, sensitive to details
Good skill in planning and communication
Can work at least 3 days/week
