The Mission:
-Reporting to HR Head of a Unit, the candidate main mission is to support in important HR worldwide project initiatives. It encompasses the organization and co-ordination of best practices/ tools to be shared with worldwide HR teams across regions.
Responsibilities:
-Project Co-ordination to ensure successful roll out of programs and initiatives
-Coordinate project task forces for meeting, taking minutes and arrangement of all logistics.
-Participation in collection of research data in relation to project.
-Assist in preparation of Presentation and analytical statistics related to the project.
*Other tasks:
-Carry on other tasks assigned.
Main Requirements:
-The incumbent must be Technology Savvy. Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint.
-A good team player and ability to work under pressure on challenging schedule
-Capability to learn fast, meticulous and Good organization skill
- -Competent in Project Management.
-Analytical and have a passion for Research.
-Proficient in Oral & Written English
Educational background: Minimum Bachelor of Business with major in either of the following: Human Resources Management/ Marketing/ IT.
5 days per week is preferred, and minimum 1 year.
