Platform Enablement Manager Specialist, Internship

Intel, the world's largest manufacturer of microprocessors, is also a leading manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products and a provider of infrastructure to and services for the world-wide Internet economy.

We are seeking a qualified intern for our Platform Enabling Management team under SMG (Sales Marketing Group) to work as a Platform Enablement Manager Specialist in Beijing. This position will involve the PRC SMG server platform enabling with below work area:
Server platform and cloud design win project management, including platform project status and issue tracking, consolidation, checking and reporting with documents;
Sample management as PM assistant including sample documents distribution to field teams and regular/un-regular communication with related stakeholders & SMS process including via calls/meetings
Event arrangement for ESR/PSRs/PMRs/SWATs of platforms & key technologies driving including communication with division & account teams and logistic arrangement

You will:

Focus on server platform design project management cross China Geo
Develop your communication skill, concise writing skill, event management skill & understand Intel product knowledge including server & cloud
Collaborate with teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills

Your daily responsibilities are as followings but may not limit to:

Server platform and cloud design win project management, including project status and issue tracking, consolidation, checking and reporting with documents;
Sample management as PM assistant including sample documents distribution to field teams and regular/un-regular communication with related stakeholders & SMS process including via calls/meetings
Key server/cloud enablement event arrangement for ESR/PSRs/PMRs/SWATs of platforms & key technologies driving including communication with division & account teams and logistic arrangement
Communicate with stakeholders clearly and concisely in written and oral formats, in English and Chinese
Supporting team in server/cloud platform design win project management process, sample management process and Key server/cloud enablement event arrangement process improvement & work efficiency

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual comfortable working in a self-directed environment who meets the following criteria:

Understand computer basic knowledge & be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of three years University study in computer or marketing related majors
Fluent written and spoken English
Number of work days per week: Minimum of 3 days per week
Duration of the Internship: Minimum of 1yr.

Location: Intel China Ltd., 20F, Tower D, Beijing Global Trade Center, No. 36 North Third Ring Road East, DongCheng District, Beijing, 100013.
