UCD建筑设计事务所创建于英国伦敦。致力于应用国际最新设计理念与技术体现本土地域传统与特色的设计。由AAschool（英国建筑联盟学院）先锋派建筑设计师组成设计团队，同时也包括来自世界著名建筑学院的博士、教授及国内博士、专家学者共同打造。

UCD重视学术研究对工程设计项目的推动作用，在工作室采用最先进的参数工具，BIM技术。综合考虑生态学，人体工程学，流体力学，结构分析及经济性等因素，从容运用于设计全过程，成为空间形态构成的基础，同时将客户需要与经济驱动力与设计创新过程相融合，创造最具有特色价值的设计。

UCD Architects is one of the leading practices in China for applying advanced computer technology in architecture design, responsible for a wide range of scales and types including urban planning , cultural, education, resorts, as well as government and hopsca.

Our architecture is based on an informed use of technology and materials, combining a commitment to the spirit of the new with a strong awareness of context. Our approach is based on the establishment of a clear brief and a legible working diagram through close liaison with the client from the earliest stages of a project and contributing to a more transparent, complex and interactive development process that connects designers, clients, consultants and fabricators at once using the computer-aided design tools.

-SENIOR ARCHITECT
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
-Good command of both Chinese and English.
-Min.8 years experience with outstanding design skills
-Min. 3~5 years experience in project management
-Good knowledge in planning and building codes. Registered Architect is a plus.
-Independent working experience in all phases of design, from preliminary concept design to final drawings and construction.
-Creative design and freehand drawing skill.
-Good command of AutoCAD R14 or 2000, 3Drendering and Adobe Photoshop.
-Experience in leading design in team environment, and in client interaction.
-Experience in class-A Design Institute, or international design/engineering companies is preferable.
-Overseas education and work experience is a plus
-Prospective candidate should submit samples of design work for qualification.

1.资深建筑师
-建筑学学士或硕士学位
-良好的中英文
-8年的经验与优秀的设计能力
-3 - 5年的项目管理经验
-良好的规划和建筑法规知识。最好是注册建筑师
-具有从初步概念设计到最后的图纸施工所有阶段独立的工作经验。要有新创意设计与手绘能力
-AutoCAD R14 或 2000、 3Drendering 和 Adobe Photoshop 使用良好
-在团队环境和在与客户端交互中的领先设计经验
-有甲级设计院或国际设计/工程公司经验的优先海外教育和工作经验者优先
-准候选人应提交样品设计工作资格

-ARCHITECT

-Experience in all phases of design, from preliminary concept design to final drawings and construction.

建筑师

任职资格：
-建筑学学士或硕士学位。

-精通AutoCAD R14 或 2000、 3Drendering 和 Adobe Photoshop。
-良好的三维模型技术。
-在团队环境和在与客户端交互中的领先设计经验。
-有国际工程设计公司优先考虑。
-海外教育和工作经验者优先考虑。
-准候选人应提交样品设计工作资格。

-JUNIOR ARCHITECT
-A strong work ethic and the ability to work well on a team.
-A desire to learn design, technical and all aspects of the architectural process in a highly collaborative professional setting.
-Ability to conceptualize complex spatial relationships and describe them by hand sketching and via 3D computer visualization.
-Required knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Power Point, Word, Excel.
-Preferred knowledge of the following software: Rhino, Revit, Illustrator, 3D Max, V-ray
-Ability to build cardboard and plastic models and/or coordinate with professional model builders.

初级建筑师

任职资格

-正规院校建筑学本科或应届生；
-富有工作责任心及团队合作精神

-有较优秀的方案创作设计能力；
-有较强学习能力
-擅长通过3D模型解析空间关系并用建筑语言表述出来
-熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Power Point, Word, Excel.
-会以下软件者优先Rhino, Revit, Illustrator, 3D Max, V-ray

实习生与绘图员

任职资格：
-正规院校建筑学本科,在读学生或应届生；
-有较强学习能力；
-身体健康，具备良好的职业道德，诚实处事谨慎，有敬业精神，服从性较强，能吃苦耐劳；
-有良好沟通协调能力、有团队协作精神；
-熟练掌握AUTOCAD,PHOTOSHOP, Sketch up，Illustrator, Indesign, Reno等建筑应用软件；
6、有参与实际项目经验的优先；
7、能力较佳者可转为公司正式员工。
