Job Title: Sales Trainee
Working location: Guangzhou Yue Xiu District
Position Responsibilities
1. Assist sales people with external coordination (document & fax handling, contract filing and related market information collecting).
2. Communicate with other departments and external customers (place contract execution note, prepare documents in contract execution process, payment collection and invoice preparation, understand contract process condition) and feedback to sales.
3. Conclude monthly sales condition and complete the monthly sales report.
4. Maintaining customer relationship.
5. Fulfill other related works.
Qualification and Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate student.
2. University graduates with bachelor degree or above; Major in marketing/business management/ foreign language/ Economy/ International trade.
3. Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and team-player, proactive, under pressure, dedication.
4. Computer and network knowledge.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. The least CET6 holder, CET8 will be priority.
