Job Title: Mechanical Trainer

Description

In this position the candidate is responsible for mechanical trainings in a workshop.

His main contact will be with employees and students who join a 10-day mechanical basic training. He supports the training and assists the chief trainer.

The Mechanical trainer will report to his Chinese supervisor, as well as to a german trainer, who develops further trainings. For further education (for the trainer), the candidate will travel to germany to receive special trainings.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare training documents for the participants

Perform training

Take care of equipment and tools

Support the chief trainer

Improve training material

Monitoring of results (practice workpiece, exams, )

Report training results to HR department, as well as to german headquarter

Communicate with HR department to plan future trainings

Write workshop schedules

CAPABILITIES:

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening and presentations) both in Chinese and English

Strong trainer skills

Authoritarian appearance

Demanding high quality

Ability to work in a team with the second trainer

Patient and willing to persuade other people

Be motivated and willing to learn

Ability to travel in short notice to Germany

QUALIFICATIONS:

A) EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Mechanical Education

B) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Knowledge about being a trainer, speaking in front of a group. Experience in material processing
