SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
Sales planning & analysis: Prepare and validate business information, scopes mainly focus on in-market sales raw data and sales force performance; create quality planning and analysis as business request; Topics mainly include actual POV sales, Stocks, Sales Forecasting, Regional Sales Force Performance tracking, Productivity analysis and Sales Risks & Opportunities analysis
销售计划及分析:准备并验证主要集中在销售的原始数据和销售专业性范围的业务信息;创造高质量的计划并分析销售的需求;内容主要包括实际的销售指标、存货、销售预测、原始销售预测专业趋势,产品分析和销售的挑战与机遇分析。
Incentive Scheme Implementation: Based on validated sales flow information, implement Sales Force Incentive Schemes according to Company s Incentive Policies; moreover conduct Sales Force incentive planning and analysis, and new incentive scheme proposal and simulation
激励计划的实施:根据验证的销售流程信息来实施以公司激励政策为依据的销售激励计划;同时进行销售人员的激励规划和分析以及新的激励计划的建议
Architect in-market channel sales data model: Architect data model and data warehouse to track channel sales and stocks along CDC systems down to POVs;
建立市场渠道的销售数据模型:建立数据模型和数据库来跟踪销售渠道和库存
Participate project management:As the key project member for project development, defines business case, business and solution requirements, improve business process design for operational excellence.
项目管理:参与项目发展,明确商业案例,业务和解决方案,通过提高业务流程的设计来达到卓越的运营;
REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
Bachelor degree or above (major in marketing or business is preferable);
本科或以上学历(市场和商务专业优先);
Working experience with multinational companies is a competitive advantage;
有跨国公司的工作经验是一种竞争优势;
Strong business sense, pharmaceutical background is a plus;
较强的商务意识,具有医药背景最佳;
Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work across functions;
良好的人际沟通技巧,能够跨职能工作;
Creative, diligent and strong analytical thinking;

Illustrate business case clearly in Data and Chart;

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES关键职责:
Sales performance销售工作
Do your best efforts to achieve the product sales target assigned to your territory in a manner consistent with product priorities of the cycle plan and company guidelines
根据周期计划中的产品优先排序及公司方针,全力完成指派地区的产品销售目标
Territory & resource management地区及资源管理
Manage effectively customers portfolio and corresponding information as well as field activity
1. Report call activity and update the customer information in the CRM in line with promotion guidelines
2. Ensure consolidated field information feedbacks to line manager when necessary or when required (competitive information )
3. Organize activity through call scheduling in order to allocate the most effectively your time on the field
1)compliant with promotion policy.
2)Adapted to sales goal achievement
3)Optimizing the geographic on your territory
有效管理客户资料、相关信息以及该地区的活动
1. 根据推广方针,汇报拜访客户的活动,更新客户关系管理系统中的客户信息。
2. 在有需求的情况下,整理地区信息反馈,并汇报给部门经理(如:竞争信息 )
3. 保证在该地区充分地分配时间,按以下方式利用拜访日程表组织工作:
1)符合推广政策
2)调整活动,有助于实现销售目标
3)优化所在地区的区域管理
Manage your allocated resource in the most cost effective way: promotional material, PDA, budget, phone....
以最有效的方法管理所分配的资源:推广材料,PDA,预算以及电话等
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS基本要求
College degree or above in medicine or related field
医药或相关行业大学本科或以上学历
High responsibility, good record in sales and moral
高度的责任感,良好的销售业绩及职业道德
Good competence in Customer service, Learning and Self-Motivation
良好的客户服务能力,善于学习及自我激励
Good competence in Communication Skill
