Delphi Automotive Systems, China, is very pleased to offer an internship of 2-3 months at our China Technical Center in Waigaoqiao, Shanghai. The intern will be have the opportunity to try a real job (a description of which is given below), working together with a very experienced team and a manager who will served as the intern's mentor.

Position Title: Product Line Purchasing Engineer

Major Accountabilities:

q Support New business quotes支持新项目报价
o Proactively engage cross functional team to support new project bidding process;
积极与跨功能小组合作，支持新项目报价流程；
o Work creatively to support Business Manager/Sales to address customer special requests;
积极支持商务经理和销售解决客户的特殊需 求；
q Support PLPS on flawless project launch支持产品线采购主管顺利实施项目
o Actively support in pre-quote process for new supplier selection and negotiations
积极支持前期报价过程中的新供应商选择；
o Review/communicate project plan with PBU and GSM category team
和事业部及零部件采购组检讨项目计划。
q Support competitive BOM cost and driving cost reduction continuously
支持有竞争性的产品成本，推动成本的持续降低
o Follow PLPS/PLPM plan to attain lowest upfront costs/ideal Value Stream performance.

o Support the negotiation of corporate-wide supplier payment terms and Master Terms & Conditions with PBU support

o Promote cost management activities to ensure requirements are covered by cost standards;

o Coordinate/Lead Category Team activities

Major Qualifications:
岗位要求
q Master or above Degree in Commercial, Engineering;
商务或工程类院校硕士或以上学历；
q Proficient in English;
精通英语；
q Major in Supply Chain Management/ Automotive Electronics/ Electrical/ /Mecha-electronics;
供应链管理/汽车电子/电气/机械电子专业；
q Good integrity, Excellence team work, Good market intelligence, Sense of urgency;
为人正直，有很好的团队合作意识，善于洞察市场信息，有紧迫感；
q Good computer skills such as MS Excel, MS Words. SAP will be a plus;
精通各种微软办公软件Excel/Word等，擅长操作 SAP系统的优先考虑；
q Good analytical, interpersonal, presentation skills;
分析能力强，擅长人际交流，有很好的表达技巧；
q Skills to analyze supplier financial information and determine manufacturing capability from go to the spot assessment;
能从市场评估中分析出供应商财务信息，确定其制造能力
q Ability to manage supplier relationships with absolutes of ethics and integrity, and experience working "up front" with suppliers to attain ideal value stream performance;
能以诚实正直的道德品质和丰富经验来管理供应商关系，与前线供应商合作以获得理想的价值流绩效。
