Responsibilities:
As our most highly valued assets, Wang & Li Consultants not only deliver our recruitment services excellence to the market, but are also strong team leaders who develop and supervise their Associate resources.
1. Rather than a traditional, sales-oriented, head-hunting approach, our business model emphasizes a true consulting approach, where Wang & Li Consultants provide highly professional services and value-added expertise to both the companies and candidates that we work with.
2. Our highly effective training allow Consultants to work closely with leading global companies, top executives, and high-caliber candidates to deliver solutions and respond to critical talent and hiring needs for this market.
3. Consultants will develop their ability to identify, evaluate, and communicate the capabilities and qualities of top bilingual/international-caliber professionals to leading companies and executives.
4. Wang & Li Consultants are also developed as capable team leader, where they are quickly given Associate resources to lead and are fully accountable for their development and success in our company.

Qualifications:
NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. We have a proven track record of developing those with the right motivation and skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals. You may be well suited for this role if you have:
1. 5+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in an international company or working with international clients.
2. Business services, consulting, account servicing, operations support, research, or administrative backgrounds preferred, but not a must.
3. A broad knowledge of industries, job functions, and commercial businesses is very helpful.
4. Enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy helping others succeed, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and able to perform well in both local Chinese- and international-oriented situations.
5. Should be mature, professional, service-oriented, results-driven, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and a strong communicator.
6. Willing to build your long-term career success, take on new challenges, and deliver impressive results.
7. Fluency in English and Chinese are a must, both spoken and written.
