Analyze the samples offered by our sales and develop new methods for our customers or offer some solutions for the new market. 2. Provide pre and post sales application support for CMD product lines within China in order to assist lead generation or influence customer preference in favor of Thermo, eventually become our Thermo customers and/or loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide post sales customer support services, such as installation, preventative maintenance, customer training, repair, on-line support or technical consultation as required to ensure customer purchased Thermo products meet Thermo performance and operation standards and customer expectation thus achieve or improve customer loyalty to Thermo Scientific.
