You'll spend three years in a dynamic and challenging environment where you'll gain insights and experience across a number of roles in different areas of our business. You may learn firsthand about Decision Support, see how a multinational treasury function operates successfully, or experience how mergers and acquisitions work.

We work in over 90 countries, so you may experience a role outside our headquarters in Switzerland. That might be in an emerging market with limited infrastructure, but exciting growth opportunities or a large regional center with all the international complexities that involves. Position: Receptionist

Base: Shanghai

1. To provide professional and cost-efficient reception and administrative service to China business headquarter

2. Provide reception service by receiving incoming calls and visitors in friendly, helpful manner

3. Manage incoming and outgoing mails and incoming fax

4. Access system and PBX, office area equipment and facility maintenance

5. Monitor the car pool reservation and usage effectively, and driver travel management

6. Control the conference booking and usage effectively

7. Submit related payment request timely and correctly

8. Perform other administration related matter as appropriate

9. Understand the requirement of organization

10. willing to accept changes and challenges

11. willing to work under high work pressure

12. willing to learn new things

13. good communication with other colleague to implement policy, system and procedure for the new organization
