Process Support Engineer - (Master or Doctor Graduates)
Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues including to provide pro-active support to improve the overall system performance, to provide emergency support for systems down as required, to provide process optimization and development for the customers
Perform Tier II and/or Tier III process qualification on assigned projects
Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off
Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers
Coordinate customer presentation through Account and Management
Perform other duties as assigned
Education
Master degree above in top university, Doctor degree is a big plus, major in Physics, Chemical or Material Science or relevant disciplines
0 - 1 working experience in related industry
Good English communication skills
