Academy Trainee - IC Test Engineer (Location: Shanghai)Responsibilities:-Provide pre- & post-sale support for SOC test systems to world-wide customers-Initiate and develop new test methodologies and solutions for customer's SOC devices-Develop or convert test program and design hardware interface for SOC devices on our test systems-Optimize test program to reduce test time and increase fault coverage-Solve engineering and production problems for customers-Document all projects and intellectual knowledge-Collaborate with colleagues from application development team, division, field personnel for project implementation-Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirementsQualifications:-Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in electronic engineering, RF and Microwave, automation, instrumentation, communications, microelectronics, computer science or related disciplines. -RF and Microwave background is a strong plus-Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure-Good verbal and written English skill-Good communication skill-Flexibility to take overseas business trip extensively-Project experience in IC design, IC application development and support or IC test is preferred

Academy Trainee - Software engineer (Location: Shanghai)Responsibilities:-Provide software development service for SOC test platforms to world-wide customers-Initiate and develop new software solutions based on customer's needs-Perform test program conversion, development and optimization-Research, design and develop software solution and processes to improve test program development and production efficiency on SOC test platforms-Document all projects and intellectual knowledge-Collaborate with colleagues from application development team, division, field personnel for project implementation-Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirementsQualifications:-Master or excellent Bachelor graduates majored in computer science or relate disciplines-Strong software engineering knowledge on waterfall procedure, iterative development and etc.-Skillful on objective oriented design and programming-Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java or Perl languages-Familiar with Linux platform software development-Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure-Good verbal and written English skill-Good communication skill-Flexibility to take overseas business trip extensively-Basic knowledge on electronic engineering is preferred

Failure Analysis Engineer(Location: Shanghai)Responsibilities:-Willing to attend oversea training-Diagnosing to component and PCB level to find fault and repair components on module -Performing detailed electrical failure analysis of field returns -Issuing product failure analysis/repair reports -Observing the product quality and liaising with departments locally & overseas -Establishing an effective feedback channel to the various manufacturing facilitiesRequirements:-Bachelor degree in electrical & electronics engineering or equivalent -Good skill in written and spoken English -Be able to work independently within challenging schedule in a varied environment -Willingness to acquire new product knowledge in the field of ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) -Excellent communication and team-work spirit are required -Flexibility to take overseas business trip extensively

DI Engineer(Location: Shanghai)Responsibilities:-Collaborate with applications, field team and R&D team colleagues to troubleshoot problems, fulfill customers' enhancement requests-Aware of business needs, contribute to plan and execute to fulfill customer needs and positively contribute to business-Assist his/her project manager to partially or fully take on parts of project management processes (planning and execution)-Make PCB design specification, DI product project control including schedule, design, fabrication and quality control-Supplier management, responsible for parts procurementQualifications:-Take responsibility for delivery and schedule and shows initiatives-Above Bachelor degree majoring in electronic or computer related field-Good skill in written and spoken English, Japanese is preferred-Good teamwork by contributing and supporting own and other projects-Be responsible and passion-Strong analytical and problem solving skills-Strong communication and planning skills
