Responsibilities and Details

u Having direct ownership of spares inventory programs to ensure supply chain health

u Responsible for the resolution of materials and/or inventory management and/or supplier service issues, such as recording and reporting quality incidents; managing supplier and/or supply chain issues

u Responsible for the development and implementation of site cost and inventory reduction efforts

Job Responsibility:

· Responsible for working on various projects in support of the ESAP program, for example, courses development, implementation, evaluation and improvement

职位名称4：Equipment Service Support Program Intern

Job Description

Initially, this Equipment Service Support Program Manager will lead the effort to develop the strategy for field service support requirements on all capital equipment requirements for a potential fab in a low cost geography. Responsibilities include determining the correct service support level to sufficiently maintain the equipment at the most cost effective solution. The determination of the correct mix between OEM supplier service personnel, Intel trained supplier equivalent blue badge workers and 3rd party/sub contracted resources will be critical to enabling service affordability to support the factory. This position will also be responsible for designing the Supplier Service team organization and roles to support start up and sustaining operations. This individual will work closely with FCED, site Purchasing, suppliers, training, Install/Qualification and Engineering/Manufacturing to develop an effective, low cost equipment service strategy. Coordinating supplier resources and timelines as well as negotiating site scope of works and localized pricing will be keys to enabling service affordability. Another responsibility will be developing and gaining approval for the budget for total service support which is critical to maintaining factory affordability. Following completion of the startup/launch phase, this candidate will lead the Service team to continue to improve efficiency and reduce costs in this area. A key component of the on-going service team will be developing and managing the supplier equivalent training (SET) program to enable Intel employee proficiency through supplier training. As a senior member of the Manufacturing Systems team the successful candidate may be called upon to take on additional planning tasks to ensure an effective start up.

Qualifications

This internship is composed by 2 phases, Finance Administrator and Finance analyst.

Other requirement:

The applicant should currently pursue Bachelor or Master of Science in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or other business related subjects in a prestigious school. In addition, the intern must be able to commit to a minimum 16hr per week for at least 12 months. Intel will provide training opportunity such as Intern Orientation and hands-on job training.

Transportation is provided on a daily basis from many locations around Dalian to the Intel site.
