Location: Shanghai 2. Reporting to: Partner 3. Direct report(s): TBD 4. Function(s): 1. Support business development 2. Support assignment execution 3. Work with the team on a day-to-day basis Preferred Candidate Profile 1. Nationality: Flexible 2. Education: A Master's degree from a prestigious university 3. Languages: Mandarin and English 4. Age: 25 - 28 years old 5. Experience: 2 - 3 years in business/HR consulting/training area will be a plus 6. Skills and Knowledge: Interpersonal skills; Strong learning skills; Effective teamwork and presentation skills Fluent English Strong analytical skills Good PPT skills Ability to work with people and passion to succeed 7.
