要求可以用Java，C++或Labview进行一下工作：
1. The system shall provide a unified GUI for all live video feed, pseudo-color display, filter timing control, and additional functionalities (TBD) 2. The system shall read the video feed at the normal video rate, i.e. 30fps. 3. The system shall output TTL commands via. RS232 for filter control. 4. The TTL filter control signal shall be synchronized with proper waveband read/registration in real time a. Use a master timing diagram b. Define Basic Timing Cycle: T1, which is the time it takes to cycle through one full measurement c. Define Filter Access Time: T2 d. Define Read Time for each observation: T3 e. Define operation rates 5. The system shall provide pseudo-color synthesis of the narrow-band images, with proper weighting of each band to maximize contrast between normal and abnormal tissues 6.
