我公司是一家美资企业，集生产、研发、销售为一体，总部在底特律。目前在中国有4家工厂和1个工程中心，上海的工程中心将于明年在苏州设立分部，现按计划招纳应届本科毕业生。大致流程为：

2012/10，校园宣讲/收简历/面试

2012/12，确定实习人员名单，签订实习协议

2013/1-6，参加我司的实习培训（软件、产品知识、产品工艺、材料应用等），3月份期间会做一次评估，合格者签订三方协议

2013/07，毕业后，签订劳动合同正式录用

实习期间津贴：70元/天

正式录用后，第一年提供14月薪 补充公积金。

实习职位: CAD 设计师

计划招聘人数: 20名

职位说明：

Responsibility

• Carry out CAD works per existing Engineering Standard, PDM process and Work Flow
• Generate new CAD models with drawings from furnished sample parts, instructions and/or sketches.
• Revise components, assemblies and/or drawings per approved ECN or DWO.
• Provide clearance studies, tolerance stacks, packaging layouts etc. to aid in proper product definition and implementation

General Requirements

· Able to understand work requirements quickly and implement the work in requested quality and timing; in complicated cases, supervision and support may be needed

· Able to detect and report problem in work, adapt quickly and well with suggestions from the others

· Good English writing and reading
