Position: Business Analyst

Job of description:

Involve in a strategy consulting project including but not limited to: conducting desktop research, collecting and studying industrial reports, making cold call interviews, etc.

Conduct research to understand industry background and use a variety of tools and methodologies to analyze information

Work with team members to synthesize analyses into key findings and develop actionable recommendations

Collaborate with Engagement Managers to prepare for client presentations

Qualifications:

Demonstrated academic excellence

Bachelor s degree or higher from a top school is a must. MBA or post-graduate degree from a top school is a plus

Business Analyst position is open for fresh graduates with excellent academic records and demonstrated intelligence and leadership

Candidates with deep working knowledge in any of the above industries but lack experience in consulting industry will also be considered

Proven analytical and problem solving abilities, superb communication skills, and strong team spirits are essential

Position: Information Analyst

Location: Chengdu Job of openings: several

Job of description:

Be responsible to build Meritco industry expert network;

Support Information Manager in developing a deep understanding of consultant s underlying research interests and assure team satisfaction;

Support Information Manager and research team in primary and secondary research to build a knowledge base along multiple industries;

Support Information Manager and research team in communicating with industry experts;

Work towards strong grasp of 1-2 industry vertical s dynamics and trends;

Recruit additional experts into the Meritco Expert Network;

Assist with maintaining strong relationships with key experts

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from top universities with distinctive academic records or with 1-2 years diversified work / social experiences;

Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin;

Basic understanding of consulting services and good business sense;

Team spirit with strong patience and responsibility
