职位描述
Specific responsibilities of the position:
Maintain various Damco SOP/IOP to make sure of the full compliance.
- Ensure strictly follow up on the procedures of SOP/IOP to streamline the work process & update SOP/IOP if have an new regulation.
- Bridging the co-operation between CUS, BDV, PNP, SAL & FIN to optimize the process in the branch to maximize the productivity.
DOC co-ordination and data quality management
- Monitor doc's data quality performance on a daily basis.
- Continuously seek for the opportunities to outsource more activities to doc.
System application
- Support the new system application rolled out by global and/or corporate e.g. MODS Funnel, ICB, WinG, Local OCE System, M*power etc, to be the key driver of it.
Business development
- Gather customers / carriers information and provide suggestion to sales / BDV for production development & develop new business.
- Reduce Maersk Line ratio set by GCA and execute the freight bank strategy to support the CB.
Customer Service
- Focus on customer service excellence in the Damco organization
- Implement the Localized, Personalized and Customized service to team and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide good and flexible support to the Sales unit.
- Ensure customers satisfaction by continuing seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis.
- Stay close with clients, listen to them and constantly review the service level.
- Review the operations procedures with PnP regularly to accommodate customers needs and improve productivity.
- Ensure all documents to be filed in good order.

1-2年物流/航运领域工作经验可考虑优先被录用
