1. Provide support to plan and organize events in alignment with program/course owners, trainers;
2. Provide support to propose improvements regarding the process effectiveness and service quality
3. Support and coordinate the "Great Place to Work" and other benefits programs implementation
4. Provide support and assistance to ad-hoc assignments or projects.
5. Coordinate with supervisor about employee communication and announcement.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree and above
2 .High sense of responsibility and attention to details
3. People-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated
4. Good communication both in English and Chinese.
