Job Description:
In an effort to develop Cisco certification e-learning courses to address the demand from self-study market, Cisco is seeking an intern to help manage the training contents on learning community platform. The ideal candidate demonstrates proven experience in web content management, and the characteristics of being hardworking, organized and detail orientated.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the training contents on learning community platform, including content uploads and edits to ensure the content accuracy
- Manage the community user database and create and edit the user profile as required
- Work with product launch team to create the launch pages and learning community
Qualifications:
- University student in 2nd/3rd year
- Hardworking, organized and detail oriented
- Web content management experience preferred
- Knowledge in IT networking preferred
