Internship Position in HPS (Honeywell Process Solution) HTSC
Description:
- Develop high fidelity models of chemical/petrochemical/polymer processes in UniSim
- Conduct model testing, integration, and tuning
- Work closely with Honeywell global and local engineering team on R&D assignments
Qualifications
- Pursuing master degree in Chemical/Polymer Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in rigorous chemical/petrochemical/ polymer process modeling using commercial process modeling/simulation packages
- Be familiar with FORTRAN, C++ programming
- Understands numerical methods, optimization and advanced applied thermodynamics
- Familiar with industrial chemical/petrochemical/polymer process operation.
- Experience in using commercial process modeling/simulation tools like UniSim, Aspen Plus, HYSYS etc is a plus.
- Knowledge in Operator Training Simulator is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills and good team player.
- Good command in oral and written English.
- Self-starter and active in learning.
- Interested in working in fast paced, global business environment
