Job description and responsibilities Responsible for the research activities:
Coordinate internal company research to third party vendor. Maintain records of requests, track request status and monitor request delivery Answer any enquiry client facing staff may have about request, include providing advice on search service selection, following up on questions from reports delivered Arrange payment to vendor Regular contact with vendor to understand latest development of their products
Requirements Proficiency in spoken and written English; Good communication skill Good Microsoft office tool skill Patience and detail-oriented Pro-active and a team player Eager to learn and self-motivated Strong business sense Knowledge of company profile, financial and credit report would be an advantage
