1. Product Sale-产品推广专员
l Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for meet the sales quota base on the company s allocated per quarterly or yearly.

Responsible for find the key account and negotiate the contract with client base on business strategy.

They should sign the professional assignments between the competitor and fresh the brand for career-associate.

Responsible for set up the BD team and conduct the business strategy base on company s development and team business goal

l Qualification and Requirements:

Relevant more than 6 years working experience and potential management role, prefer executive search industry.

Formal university background with bachelor degree, with the certain certification.

Good communication skills with clients and workmates even for potential clients.

Clear logic procedure for business exploring and assignments negotiating

Solid knowledge for industry and role functional for diversified industries, special for key industry

Solid skills for leverage resource with internal and externally

Team player with team spirit not selfish for personal quota

He or she should a mentor for individual or associate.

Result- Driven also digits-driven , client-driven.

They should have learning skills and learning willing for new business and knowledge.

2. Analyst---行业分析师
针对不同标杆性企业的成长时期，阶段类型，战略转型，雇主品牌，风险控制，企业文化，素质模型等都进行系统的分析和总结

职责：

通过互联网进行信息整理和分析，提炼出相应模块的不同内容.

通过对相应行业宏观和微观信息的了解进而整理出相应行业未来三年之内的发展趋势.

该分析人员需要熟悉和尽快掌握不同行业在不同时期发展的核心竞争力进而提炼总结.

渠道：

首选互联网

与公司内部的黄金白银职业类型的职业经理人进行深入沟通，进而了解和掌握该行业全盘信息.

发展空间：

初级分析师/分析师/高级分析师/首席分析师/产品经理/产品总监/项目总监

3.理工科培训生-推广和分析方向

理工科背景优先考虑；

商科，理工科相关专业2011年应届本科及专科毕业生，品学兼优，身体健康；

对咨询行业有一定的了解，并致力于在帮助中国国内发展中的中小型企业发展；
